By accessing or playing Black Range at playblackrange.com ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
Black Range is a free-to-play, browser-based 1v1 first-person shooter duel game. Matches are played in real time via WebSocket connections to our authoritative game server. The Game is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, availability, or performance.
You must be at least 13 years old to play the Game. If blockchain features involving $XHAIR tokens are active, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in token-related activities. By using the Game, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement.

All content within the Game — including source code, graphics, 3D models, audio, UI design, and game mechanics — is the intellectual property of Black Range and its creators. You may not copy, redistribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Game content without prior written permission. Gameplay recordings and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use are permitted.
The Game integrates (or plans to integrate) the $XHAIR token on the Solana blockchain. By participating in token-related features, you acknowledge and agree:
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the value, utility, or availability of the $XHAIR token.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of digital assets or tokens, loss of profits, interruption of gameplay, smart contract failures, or unauthorized access to your wallet. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected cheating, or any other reason. In the event of termination, any pending in-game token balances may be forfeited. You may stop using the Game at any time by simply closing your browser.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Game shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue binding arbitration or, where permitted by law, file a claim in the courts specified in the Governing Law section. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the Game's website or in-game notification. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, your remedy is to stop using the Game.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Black Range team is primarily based, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
